Homemade wine recipes came about because I love making my own wine and always struggled to find recipes that I could trust, so it seemed the best thing to do would be to publish my trusted recipes and let people like you try and enjoy them. There are so many recipes that I would like to share and over the coming months, I’m hoping to share a lot more with you.
I am based in the UK and we use metric an imperial measurements here so it seemed the best route to go down would be to publish in both systems where possible.
Another issue or gripe I have with lots of recipes that are published online, is they have measurements that I don’t understand, like half a cup of whatever, I don’t understand these measurements as we use lb’s and grams in the UK so I won’t be using this measurement system on this website but if you think I’ve made an error of judgement doing this just let me know and I may have to rethink my decision.
I just thought I’d add this statement – Homemade wine should also be drunk in moderation so beware and ENJOY.
