Apple juice wine is an all-year round wine recipe that produces a light table wine. Using the main ingredient of pure apple juice taken from cartons. This recipe can be ready to drink in less than 3 months. It should make wine around the 10% mark. We recommend you use ‘free from preservatives’, ‘no added sugar’ and also ‘free from artificial flavourings’ and ‘not from concentrate’ for best results. This recipe is quick and easy and is an alternative to using homemade wine kits. If you’re a keen wine maker but don’t like commercially produced wine kits then this is the wine for you. Fill the gaps you may have in your wine collection.
